『 왜곡 복사하기 』 展은 21세기 새로운 미디어들의 범람과 하루마다 발표되는 신기술 속에서 작가들에게 새로운 창작 자세를 제시하는 동시대 미술 & 뉴미디어 아트 전시이다.
이 전시에서는 예술 작품의 진정한 主體주체 를 생각해볼 수 있게 정리한 두 상호작용 설치 작품을 소개한다.
창작 과정에서 노동의 단계가 사라지고, 빛나는 구상만 있다면 무엇이든 실현 가능한 세상이 되었지만, 우리는 오히려 현란한 기술에 휘둘려 중요한 것을 잊고 있는 것은 아닐까?
첫 번째 설치 작품에서는 창작품이 語境문맥으로만 존재할 수 있나에 대한 실험을, 두 번째 작품에서는 외부에서 가져온 작품들에서 시각 부분의 왜곡을 반복하여 재창조하는 실험을 보여준다.
『The Distorted Replication』 exhibition is a contemporary art & new media art exhibition that presents a new creative stance to artists amidst the proliferation of new media in the 21st century and the daily announcements of new technologies.
In this exhibition, two interactive installation pieces are introduced, allowing us to consider the true subject of the artwork.
In the creation process, the stage of labor has disappeared. A world where anything is possible has become a reality. But while caught up in dazzling technology, are we perhaps forgetting what is truly important?
In the first installation an experiment is shown concerning whether a creative work can exist solely by context.
The second piece is an experiment that repeatedly distorts the visual aspects of works brought from the outside and re-creates them.
